How do I log in to EffectusLMS?

There are two ways to log in:

OPTION 1

Step 1
Click on the URL below
https://www.effectuslms.com/demo30/login/index.php This will direct you to the loginpage of EffectusLMS.

Step 2
Select EffectusLMS Employee.

Step 3
If you are not logged in to the Active Directory, you will be directed to a new page. You can log in with the credentials of your EffectusLMS Windows account.

Step 4
Enter your Username and Password and click on Sign in to log in to EffectusLMS.

OPTION 2

Step 1
If you are already logged in to the EffectusLMS intranet, click the link sent in your login email: https://www.effectuslms.com/demo30/auth/saml2/login.php?wants
(Or)
Click on the EffectusLMS link from the EffectusLMS Intranet home page under ‘Quick Links’. You will be taken straight to the EffectusLMS home page.

How do I access a module?

There are two ways to access a module:

OPTION 1

Step 1
On your Home page under To-do learning, select either Onboarding learning or Continuous learning.

NOTE: One of them is active by default with the list of modules assigned to you.

Step 2
Choose the module you want to view and click on the Start button.

OPTION 2

Step 1
On your Home page, click on My learning on the top navigation bar.

NOTE: You can also click on the dropdown button located at the top right-hand corner of the screen, and select My learning.

Step 2
All the modules from Onboarding learning and Continuous learning assigned to you are available on this page.

Step 3
Choose the module you want to view and click on the Start button.

Step 4
You will be redirected to the module page.

Step 5
Click on the sub-module you would like to access.

NOTE: The sub-modules should be completed in sequential order.

Step 6
The sub-module will launch in a new window.

Step 7
You can take notes by clicking on the Take notes tab, which is available on the right-hand side of the screen.

Step 8
Enter your notes in the space provided and click on the Save button.

Step 9
Once you have completed the sub-module, click on the Exit button to close the window.

How do I resume the last course I have taken?

Step 1
On your Home page, click on Resume last course to access the module that you had previously logged out of.

Step 2
You will be redirected to the module page.

Step 3
Click on the sub-module link that you last viewed from this page to relaunch it. The sub-module will open in a new window.

Step 4
You will be asked if you would like to resume the sub-module from where you left off, or start again from the beginning.

Step 5
Make your selection and view the course.

How do I access my certificates and view the EffectusLMS Leader board?

Click on Home tab and navigate to My achievements tab.

For your onboarding learning certificate :

Step 1
Select the Onboarding learning tab to view the status of your progress.

Step 2
A picture of a jigsaw puzzle will be displayed for every module completed. Once you have completed all of the modules, a certificate will be displayed on the right-hand side of the screen, to view or download.

NOTE: Every product onboarding learning will have a puzzle piece.

For your continuous learning certificate :

Step 1
Click on the Continuous learning tab.

Step 2
Badges and certificates that you have earned by completing the Continuous learning modules will be displayed on the left-hand side of the screen.

Step 3
Click on the Certificate button to view or download your certificate.

NOTE: You will receive a badge and certificate for every module completed under Continuous learning.

For the Leaderboard :

Step 1
Leader board scores are calculated only for Continuous learning modules.

The Leader board is displayed under the Continuous learning tab of My achievements on the right-hand side of the screen.

Step 2
The points displayed on the Leader board are the total of your scores from all completed modules under Continuous learning.

NOTE: The CBL module scores are excluded from this, though you will earn a badge and certificate for completing them.

How do I access the Resources available to me?

Step 1
Click on Resources on the top navigation bar on the Home page.

Step 2
You will be redirected to the Resources page.

Step 3
Search for a resource by typing in the title or a part of the title into the Search field.

Filter by product or category.

Step 4
Click on the All products dropdown button to filter for the documents relating to the desired product.

Step 5
Click on the All categories dropdown button to filter the documents for the desired category.

Step 6
The filtered topics will be displayed on the screen.

Step 7
Click on the link you require to access the resource. It will open in a new tab.

How do I know what training I need to complete?

Step 1
On the Home page, click on “MY LEARNING” tab.

Step 2
User can see all the enrolled courses under three categories named as “Product Knowledge”, “Soft Skills” and “Digital Skills”.

Step 3

If you are in the Product Knowledge section, ensure to toggle between “OnBoarding Learning” and “Continuous Learning” because you may have courses listed in both.

Step 4
Click the “Start” button for the course to be taken those trainings need to complete by the user.

Where can I find my certifications?

Step 1
On Home page, click on the “MY ACHIEVEMENTS“ tab.

Step 2

Click on Certificate button then user can view/download the respective course certificate.

Note: toggle between “Onboarding Learning” and “Continuous Learning” to review a complete set of certifications.

How do I earn Leader Board points?

To earn the points, the user needs to complete all enrolled courses. After completion of each training, gained points will be added into the user account.

How do I change my language preferences?

Step 1
On Home page, click on the “English (en)“dropdown menu.

Step 2
Choose language of your preference, then the interface displays the selected language.

How can I see training in my language?

Courses and modules in EffectusLMS are created and uploaded in a specific language. Users can access the courses/modules as per the profile settings of the user.

What is Onboarding Learning?

Onboarding Learning is a type of training curriculum in EffectusLMS. This type of training is restricted for onboarding only, and restrictions to complete the modules are in place. At EffectusLMS it is the initial Iclusig course.

What is Continuous Learning?

Continuous Learning is a type of training in EffectusLMS, this type of training is non-restrictive, and users can access subsequent modules without completing the previous modules. At EffectusLMS, the Continuous Learning is all content not included in the initial Iclusig course.

EffectusLMS is running slowly – what should I do?

If user faces performance related issues or LMS being slow:
Step 1
Check internet bandwidth.

Step 2
Clear browser cache.

Step 3
Re-login to the portal again.
